Printable Pumkin Carving Patterns

Pumpkin Carving Patterns - Just about every website that sells printable pumpkin carving patterns and pumpkin carving tools also offers at least a few pumpkin carving patters that are printable and free to their visitors. If you are planning to carve a pumpkin and are looking for ideas, I would suggest that you click on the links I have provided below and brows through the freebies before opening your wallet. None of the patterns are particularly expensive but if the free ones would do, why pay at all? Right?

So here are the links to brows through. Take your time, enjoy the process and remember, you can always go back some other time and you can print as many of the free patters as you like and as many of the for-payment patterns as you can afford. And by the way, all these websites provide instructions as well. Go for it:

I have no doubt whatsoever that with so much to choose from you will find the pattern that will suit you. But now allow me to offer a few tips that will help preserve and prolong the longevity of your beautifully crafted Jack O’ Lantern for a bit longer than the usual two to five days:

- To reduce shriveling, coat all the carved edges of your Jack O’ Lantern with petroleum jelly.
- When your Jack O’ Lantern is not being displayed, cover it with a plastic wrap or insert it into a plastic bag and put it into the refrigerator. This will help prevent molding and postpone the inevitable dehydration.
- If your Jack O’ Lantern seems to have begun shriveling, revive it by soaking in water overnight and letting it drain for about thirty minutes before drying with a towel and displaying again.
- Keep your Jack O’ Lantern out of the sun when it is being displayed.

Have a happy Halloween!
